Can i get a grant to dig a pong and raise fish?

hello, im 21 years old and im from a small town in north-east wisconsin, i was just wondering if anyone knew where or if i could get a grant to have a pond dug and stocked with fish? im hopeing after being able to attain my first pond i could grow this opperation into my career.
