To the liberals who think we should go into every country where human rights are being breached?

Since most of you believe publicly funded state education is a basic human right, why don't we invade all third-world countries, execute their leaders and institute public education, all at the expense of the American taxpayer? Or do liberals only care when there are mass resources to be attained, thus proving they aren't as humanitarian as they claim to be?
