Does this top sound suitable/okay for dinner out at a restaurant?

if you're top is a dark or muted/dull/neutral colour you could pair it with skinny jeans and heels.you can skip the earrings then...if they're really glittery....but if they're not,you could add a beret to add a "french" touch! hope this helps! :P ...you should check out pictures of alexa chung if you want to see what i mean..she dresses a little like that...also,i don't know you're skin tone,build,height...so i can't say much here
