How to tell your best friend your gay?

my problem is that i have a crush on two of my friends one has a gf and one I don't now the gf one hangs around me a lot and I have been having dreams of him kissing me and i had dreams of the outer one in a myspace message he told me he loved me and his mood is kinda wired he writes pretty or sexy they don't know I'm bi and i don't want to scare them who should i tell first ? what should i do?
