I'm bi but I dont know if he is? (Read all please)?

We've been friends a few years but only at school. We did talk over facebook but thats about it out of school. I always knew I liked him in a different way, I had my group of friends and he had his but I always hoped that maybe one day we'd be propper mates but never thought anything gay. Then we went to the same college and we are together all the time (but still not out of college often) Then I realised I did like him in a gay way so I must be bi. He think's I'm straight and he's supposed to be straight too but we mess around. He touches my leg with his foot or stands on my feet (not so it hurts) and he is always saying that he fancies me and that he masturbates over me but in a way that I can't tell if he is serious or not. at school when we used to talk in lessons we'd talk about girls and sex, pretty much nothing else. He'd say who he fancied or whatever. But since we've been in the same class at college he has acted differently towards the whole subject. At first it changed to him pointing out every girl we saw and saying how fit she was even if she was just average, as though he was trying to prove a point. Then last night on facebook we were talking and I asked if he thought a girl from college was hot. He just ignored it and carried on talking about something else. I brought it up a few times and I know for sure he had read it but decided to ignore it again (even though when people who would take the piss out of him he will agree a girl is hot but never points them out anymore) Does he sound straight to you?
