Im a girl Im 14 198 pounds 5'4 and would like to be 130 pounds. how can i do this fast?

Im really self consious on how i look all the time i never wear tank tops either im not humongous how it sounds because my mom is like 180 and she looks fatter than i. because i have unusual bone structure and my bones arent tiny and i have lots of muscle too but i have fatty problems in my thighs bottem belly sides of hips arghh but its a pain in the *** because right now im in school and im on the computer and some kid told me i had humongous thighs and i got really depressed so ***** man! im sick of this im ready to diet :]! im atheltic strong legs etc. i would like to know how i can loose the weight. thanks for answering peace out
