Is there a credit card that can have a max of $150.00?

I'm looking to get a credit card, is there a credit card that can have a max spending limit of $150.00 i know that is low but that is all i can afford and it would help me out with my bi weekly pay at my job. i don't want a huge spending limit of 300 or 500. i don't want to go in debit i just want emergency money and maybe a little push for cash.
