What is the best kind of mascara?

okay im trying to find a mascara that at the same time helps my lashes grow longer (<---------main thing), but i don't want it to be clumpy and i want my lashes look humongous and i also dont wanna pay like fifty dollars for so does anyone know any???----------thanks for allyour help;p
