How does my bestfriend afford so many clothes?

If she is an only child then all of her parents money will be spent on her, and also her parents will probably get her whatever she wants because she is thier only daughter. She also probably gets a big allowance, maybe she does baby sitting or has a job. She could also have both of her parents working and either they began poorer and could only afford an average house and now they are rich, or they were always rich but didnt want to show it off.
