How well would I be prepared for the AP Physics B test if I knew a review book inside-and-out?

Honestly, the best strategy I've used for standardized tests is doing practice tests. Get as many as you can and do them timed, no cheating. Use what you get wrong to decide on what you should focus on, using your textbook/review book as a reference.
